EXCERPT: “There were more Twin Cities homes for sale in February than in January, but closed sales and new listings still fell well below 2017 levels, according to the latest report from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors. Closed sales were down from one year ago, with 2,635 selling in the 13-county metro area, compared with 2,803. Pending sales also declined, dropping to 3,635 from 4,137 in February 2017. Buyers had just 7,573 homes to choose from in February, according to the MAAR report, down from  9,833 a year earlier. But that was still more than there were just one month earlier, when 6,875 homes on the market. At this time 13 years ago – the height of the housing market — about 30,000 Twin Cities homes were listed for sale, according to MAAR President Kath Hammerseng.” FULLSTORY: http://bit.ly/2FXkSln
