The report shows that nationally 4% of mortgages were in some stage of delinquency (30 days or more past due, including those in foreclosure) in June 2019, representing a 0.3 percentage point decline in the overall delinquency rate compared with June 2018, when it was 4.3% . . . The nation’s overall delinquency remains near the lowest level since at least 1999. However, several states and metropolitan areas posted small annual increases in June.
